All I got too say is Heath ledgers Joker is by far the most memorable Villian on film these year! he gets my vote!

I am a big Heath Ledger fan, I love Johnny Depp, plus I am a fan of the Saw movies. so I was torn on who to vote for. I recently saw Saw 5. I quick knew not to vote for Saw. The movie was disappointing. Not as good as the other Saw movies. So that left Joker and Sweeney Todd. The Joker I love he was funny and a little crazy. Really a lot crazy. Then we have Sweeney Todd. Yes the villian sings as he kills, it's a musical. Johnny's performance was tops. Believe it or not it's hard sing and act at the same time. I couldn't make up my mind so I gave the Joker a vote and Sweeney a vote. The other movies I could not get into them.

Oh. Man, this was too hard. Choosing between The Joker, Sweeney Todd, and those two from Funny Games is not easy. I love The Joker and Sweeney Todd, but Peter and Paul were beyond creepy. The way they looked directly into the camera and the fact they gave reason why they did what they did, stole my vote. I didn't see Midnight Meat Train, The Strangers or The Mist, so they were out. And I was so disappointed with the ending of 30 Days of Night, I wouldn't even consider them.

I do believe that the Joker was the best villian. If you are going for the bloodiest Sweeney Todd would be the winner. This is how I hope it goes Heath #1 and Johnny #2

I voted Sweeney Todd because he killed a lot more people than the Joker (no Batman to stop him)

I had to vote for The Joker. It's not a sympathy vote, I just think this was the year of The Joker. Jigsaw is always fun to watch, but no one has seen Midnight Meat Train, so you can't vote for its villain. The Mist Monsters were also fun, but not too scary from my point of view.

Sweeney Todd cut a lot of throats, but he sang while doing so, so that made him a bit less threatening. Not that Sweeney Todd the movie wasn't awesome.

The Vampires in 30 Days of Night were ruthless, and they hunted on tops of roofs, so they would probably rank in highly. The Joker is just the ultimate villain for 2008, until Jigsaw returns later this month. Then he'll have a run for his money.

Agreed, we have a runaway here for the Joker. Although the monsters in the Mist weren't exactly friendly.
