Wearing Their Devotion: Twilight Tattoos

It's no secret there are legions of Twilight fans out there. Or that they're deeply devoted. A quick scan of the many Twilight fansites is evidence of the worldwide Edward-and-Bella love. So when we kicked off our Ultimate Fan Search, we expected to see some impassioned entries. We certainly weren't disappointed. Check out the gallery of video submissions that rolled in.

Starting on Monday, Nov. 17, Dailies will begin showcasing some of the more interesting submissions we received -- all leading up to the on-air announcement of the Ultimate Twilight Fan on the eve of the movie's premiere. So tune in Thursday, Nov. 20, at 8:00 PM ET/PT for the announcement. See where to watch.

And in the meantime, check out the commitment displayed by these eight Twilight fans.

	Meredith Bradley and Stephanie Messina Sporting matching tattoos, these coworkers in Information Management at a prestigious Washington, D.C., office say their cubicles are overflowing with Twilight paraphernalia -- all part of their mission to get others hooked. So far the count is up to 15.
	Erin Fisk Amazingly, she waited six months after a friend gave her the Twilight series to read it. But she's now clearly a fan. Erin got her Twilight tattoo -- the cover art of the first book, hands holding an apple -- a little over a month ago.
	Amanda Richard This fan from Oxford, Mississippi, had the well-known Twilight quote "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb" tattooed on her arm.
	Amber Ackley Another vote for the "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb" quote, this time tattooed on the Buffalo, New York, fan's back.
	Amber Rigsbee It's a triple play for the "lion and lamb" quote. Early on, this Santa Ana, California, fan sent us a snapshot of the first part of her tattoo. This photo of the finished art came right before the deadline.
	Noelle Valenzuela This star-studded take on Twilight was still fresh when the Bristol, Tennessee, fan sent us a photo of it.
	Laura McDonald This Eugene, Oregon, fan got her tattoo with the "official" Twilight font in January of this year. She's also on a mission to get everyone hooked on the series and says she has "loaned out my books to so many of my coworkers that they are ravaged."
