Why he's the meanest: Once he freezes you, he can pretty much do anything he wants to you.

Signature robot line: "You still fight for the weak! That is why you lose!"

Robot skills: As the true fans know, Megatron always transformed into a gun, but the PC movie made him transform into some kind of spaceship.

Why he's the meanest: Nearly took over Earth -- would have, if not for those pesky goody-two-shoes autobots.

Robot skills: Beating the beejesus out of Harrison Ford

Why he's the meanest: That cold gaze alone does it for us.

Type of Robot: The infamous T-800 model that the Governator made famous, the shape-shifting T-1000 and T-X, the early T-600 (which we will see in Terminator Salvation), and the deadly HK's (Hunter Killers)

Signature robot line: T-800: "Your clothes -- give them to me, now."

Robot skills: Super strength, bullet- and fireproof learning computer

Why they're the meanest: Relentless, cold, and calculating. They are called Terminators after all, right?

Type of Robot: Artificially intelligent supercomputer

Signature robot line: "I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that."

Robot skills: Lipreading, killing his crew

Why he's the meanest: Well, he's just plain old manipulative and creepy.
