Which movies are covered by the Guaranteed Movie Recommendation?
Four times per year, REELZCHANNEL will select a movie that is available to purchase via on-demand or pay-per-view (PPV). Tune in to REELZCHANNEL, or visit www.reelzchannel.com/guarantee, to get the Guaranteed Movie Recommendation for the current time period.
What if I don’t like the movie?
We hope you will love all the movies we recommend, but if you don’t, you may request a refund for the cost to purchase the movie on-demand or PPV.
What if you’re right, and I do like the guaranteed movie?

How much time do I have to request a reimbursement?
The latest GMR (The Proposal) offer period ends on November 30, 2009. Your request for a refund must be mailed and postmarked no later than 60 days (January 29, 2010) after the Guaranteed Movie Recommendation offer period.
How and when will I get my money back?
Here's how it works:
- Accept the terms and conditions on this page, enter your email address, and submit.
- You will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to a redemption request form. Click the link in that email to access the redemption form.
- Complete the redemption form and print it. Be sure that the date you purchased the movie is within the Guaranteed Movie Recommendation offer period.
- Send your redemption form and a copy of your cable or satellite provider invoice with the movie charge circled (be sure the movie is the same on both documents) to the address on the redemption form.
- When your request is approved, you will receive your refund within 4-6 weeks.

What if REELZCHANNEL is not available on my cable or satellite system?
That’s OK! Starting with the November 2009 GMR, anyone can participate that has access to on-demand or PPV content through a cable/satellite provider.
