Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon will be teaming up in The Greatest, a drama about a young girl who shakes up the lives of parents grieving the loss of their teenaged son. Sounds kind of like Sarandon's previous movie (starring a youngJake Gyllenhaal), Moonlight Mile, no?
The script will be the feature directing debut of its screenwriter, Shana Feste.
No word yet on who will play the girl. Perhaps our favorite, Abigail Breslin? Or Dakota Fanning bridging the gap into her teen years?
