  • Dragonball Trailer Makes Some Fans Want to Dragonbawl

Looks like the dude in DragonballThe new trailer for Dragonball has surfaced on the web and it's...umm...to be honest, I have no idea what's going on in it. There's Chow Yun Fat, a glowing orange orb, and a bunch of attractive young people performing various martial arts moves. Oh, and there's a dude who looks like Pinhead from Hellraiser. I'm guessing he's the bad guy.

Having no familiarity with the film or the Japanese Dragon Ball Z Manga series upon which it is based (according to wikipedia), I'm in no position to evaluate the new trailer. Judging from the comments over at firstshowing.net, however, I'm guessing that fan reception has been decidedly mixed.

Also, I think if you did a little research into the show, you'd actually understand what's going on.

I'm a huge fan of the series and I really like this trailer.

But from what i've heard, this is actually a promotional trailer that's only for the Brand Licnesing Expo in Europe. Supposedly there is a totally different one that will show before Max Payne.

But I guess we will see Oct. 17th when the trailer is slated to offically premiere.

Either way, the trailer is pretty B.A.
