  UK movie mag Empire has spent an inordinate amount of time polling for the 500 Greatest Movies of All Time. Their Top 10:

  1.) The Godfather
  2.) Raiders of the Lost Ark
  3.) The Empire Strikes Back
  4.) Shawshank Redemption
  5.) Jaws
  6.) GoodFellas
  7.) Apocalypse Now
  8.) Singin' In The Rain
  9.) Pulp Fiction
  10.) Fight Club

  They have The Dark Knight labeled as 2007.
  It has both Superman Returns and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull ranking on the list.
  It has Temple of Doom placed higher than Last Crusade
  No sign of The Karate Kid or Rudy
  wtf
  
  This is really more a collection of great movies than it is a list of who's better than who. Because c'mon. Seriously?
