Before Edward and Bella, there was Oskar and Eli. Weeks before Twilight is set to arrive in theaters, another tale of tween vampire
romance is generating heaps of buzz. Let the Right One In, Swedish director
Tomas Alredson's horror-drama about a bullied 12-year-old boy who forms an
unlikely bond with his peculiar new neighbor, is being hailed as one of this
year's best films by prestigious outlets like CHUD and Film Threat.
Let the Right One In opens this weekend in L.A. and New York before expanding to other cities in November. If
you've got a yen for some undead romance and don't mind subtitles (and no
Robert Pattinson), then Let the Right One In could be right up your alley.
