There are plenty of reasons to love-to-hate Natalie Portman. She's obviously beautiful. She's really smart -- not only did she graduate from Harvard, she earned high marks while there from the likes of Alan Dershowitz. She an ethical vegetarian who actually seems to practice what she preaches, even designing her own line of vegan shoes, as she doesn't wear leather. She is, in short, on another level of humanity ... and now this.
Rumors are circulating that the young actress is dating Robert Pattinson. Sources say the two met at a pre-Oscars party in February and have been in touch ever since. "He seemed to be enjoying every minute of it," says an insider of their meeting. "She dominated his attention for most of the evening."
Who knows how much truth there is to such gossip? But if it's true, at least Natalie is worthy of him.
