  • Passionate Movie Fans Get Their Wish for Oliver!
    Oliver!

This past Sunday and Monday Reelz aired Oliver! as one of Our Favorite Movies. A classic musical by director Carol Reed (The Third Man), it's particularly noted for its fantastic songs.

While the movie has been floating around on television for a number of years, apparently some time ago the song "Who Will Buy?" was cut from the television version. Several Reelz Channel viewers noticed that it was missing and were passionate enough about the movie to write us about the problem.

For their enjoyment and our own, we'll be replaying the movie on Friday (5:00 ET), Saturday (4:00 ET, 8:00 ET), and Sunday (12:00 PM) with the song restored. Here at Reelz Channel we're impressed by everyone who realized it was missing and glad they'll get a chance to see the song.
