  • Spider-Man 4 Script Needs Re-Writes

Spider-Man 4Sam Raimi has said that Sony will announce the villains for Spider-Man 4 once screenwriter David Lindsay-Abaire delivers the script. Looks like fans will have to wait even longer for an announcement.

Variety reports that Lindsay-Abaire already did turn in a script but it was put immediately into the hands of writer/director Gary Ross for a re-write. Ross has a history working with Spider-Man, or more accurately Spider-Man actor Tobey Maguire, who starred in both Pleasantville and Seabiscuit for Ross.

So fans dying to know what villains may turn up in Spider-Man 4, get comfortable. It likely will be a while before Sony talks.
