  • Justice League of America adds director

As we reported last month, plans for the Justice League of America movie are actively moving forward.

Variety is reporting that Warner Bros. has just signed George Miller (Happy Feet, Babe: Pig in the City) to direct this DC Comics extravaganza, which will supposedly unite Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and The Flash.

As it is unclear whether the actors who currently inhabit Superman and Batman's tights (Brandon Routh and Christian Bale, respectively) are even considering the project, a lot--like whether it will actually make it to production--is still up in the air.

That sound you're hearing is the fanboy community collectively creaming itself.
