Not much plot. A hack writer teaches writing to an even worse hack, who wants his own mother dead. A really stupid script, to be honest, which is carried through passably by the talents of the actors. It isn't very funny, and certainly not "ha ha" funny any where. Strains for laughs, but the performers do a good job.
