With Wall-E debuting at Pixar’s third best opening weekend ever, onemight ask what the first two are. Well for those who are, here it is. Thenumber two best opening weekend for a Pixar movie is Finding Nemo, which opened with $70.2 million.In first place is The Incredibles, which made $70.4 million in its first weekend. TheIncredibles went on to gross a total of$261.4 million and Finding Nemopulled in $339.7 million, which is Pixar’s best grossing film ever. Wall-E’s$62.5 million weekend proves that it is in good company in terms of other Pixarflicks and it will look to make quite a bit of dough in the days to come.
