  • Fight Club musical might really happen

The best part of Fight Club: Brad Pitt's wardrobeCould Fight Club, David Fincher's violent, dorm-room philosophy-infused cult favorite really be headed to Broadway? Yes, if MTV Movies is to be believed. Yesterday they tracked down the mercurial director to get find out if the rumors were true, and found him surprisingly keen on the idea:

"I want at the 10-year anniversary to do Fight Club as a musical on Broadway," the director enthused. "I love the idea of that."

Even in an ironic/kitschy sense, the idea seems a bit iffy. Then again, it couldn't be worse than Jersey Boys.
