The Black Castle

This is the ultimate adventure film. It stands out as what a film should be for Adventure. The hero looks for two lost friends he knows met foul play in a hostile environment (the film never explains why these two would voluntary enter the land of the man who swore to kill them, as guests, but we must believe they did it without knowing it was him at the time). He finds the evil man's wife is also at the mercy of the villain and his cronies, and everyone who helps the hero is killed. It seems there is no hope. Brilliant work
