Renegade cops are videotaped murdering a motorist and the witnesses are in danger of being their next victims.Helping Paul(Paul Johansson) and Katy(Karen Moncrieff) when they are on the run are a wacko named Lance(Jan Michael Vincent) and his pregnant girlfriend Devon (Kelli Maroney).
