Shackles

shackles is a movie of second chances and equal oppurtunities. this is a story of a teacher (D.L. Hughley) who has had rough times keeping a job because he was charged for ***aulting a putting a peer into a coma. he finds work though as a math/english teacher... at Shackleton Prison. he is apart of a new educational department of the prison. while teaching the his group of "peers", he finds a very talented prisoner (Jose Pablo Cantillo) that is a very good poetic/motivational speaker, and helps his teacher bring in more prisoners into the educational program of the prison. i give this movie a 9.8, but i'll just round it to an even 10. the reason for the 9.8 score is that the beginning of the movie is a little slow and a bit confusing, but it only takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get going into the story. hope you enjoy the movie as much as i did.
