Will Smith's post-apocalyptic blockbuster I Am Legend kicks off another epic DVD Tuesday. Other new releases include Disney's adorable fairytale spoof Enchanted, the Oscar-winning romantic drama Atonement, the unfortunately titled Love in the Time of Cholera and Guy Ritchie's mind-bending Kabbalah ad gangster flick Revolver.
Our pick for this week is Southland Tales, the sophomore effort from Donnie Darko director Richard Kelly, for its fascinating portrait of an art-house auteur working at the height of self-importance.

Movie fans proved rather resistant to Love in the Time of Cholera last weekend, with the romantic drama limping to a meager $1.9 million tally in its first week of release, according to boxofficemojo.com. Were audiences turned off by the extremely unsexy images invoked by its disease-laden title? If so, it wouldn't be the first time a movie's financial prospect were undone by an ill-advised title.

Beowulf
"The coolest-looking videogame I've ever seen...entertaining in spurts but ultimately soulless." [Full Review]
Love in the Time of Cholera
"A hodge-podge of histrionic, ridiculous scenes cobbled together with no build up...an utter disappointment." [Full Review]
Redacted
"Some may find this movie heavy-handed in its depiction of the war, but for me it was finally an Iraq War movie done right." [Full Review]
