pretentious piece of crap - painful to watch - don't care if it is based on actual people, we do not need to know this story...there is nothing to be learned here and the journey is twisted (as in sick!). I have seen other movies about difficult topics or unconventional people - movies in which I could not identify with one character - movies that had no redeeming value (nor did any of the characters!) but somehow they retained my interest. This movie was excrutiating to watch...I could not wait to be put out of my misery when the credits rolled! Save your money and your soul.
