While out stumping for his upcoming uber-sequel, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, director Steven Spielberg has announced that he has quite the change in mind from everyone's favorite adventurous archaeologist.
Spielberg will be directing his lens back in time to the Civil War, specifically to the president who helmed the nation during it, Abraham Lincoln. While the project does not have an official name yet, it does have a star -- word is Liam Neeson is on board as Lincoln. Shooting could begin as soon as early 2009.
