It's slim pickings on DVD Tuesday for the second week in a row, with two straight-to-DVD releases, Wesley Snipes' action thriller Art of War II: Betrayal and the Val Kilmer/Stephen Dorff prison flick Felon, leading the pack. Other releases include Stephen Chow's sci-fi comedy CJ7 and David Duchovny's 2007 drama The Secret.
Our DVD pick for the week is snarky comedy Smart People, starring Dennis Quaid, Sarah Jessica Parker and Juno's Ellen Page.
