When a movie becomes the most successful R-rated comedy ever like The Hangover has, it's a given that its stars are going to suddenly explode into more movies. With a Hangover sequel already in the works, the movie's trio of stars have also lined up other projects. Zach Galifianakis is working with Hangover director Todd Phillips on Due Date, Bradley Cooper will be seen next in All About Steve a comedy with Sandra Bullock that opens September 4, and Ed Helms has lined up the comedy Central Intelligence, where an accountant is thrown into the world of espionage after re-connecting with an old friend on Facebook. The script is written by MadTV's Ike Barinholtz and Dave Stassen.
Helms will also star in Cedar Rapids, a comedy from producer Alexander Payne (Sideways) and director Miguel Arteta, where Helms will play an insurance salesman who travels cross country to attend a convention in an attempt to save the jobs of his co-workers. Rapids starts production this October.
There's no word if Helms will shoot Intelligence before work begins on Hangover 2 in the fall of 2010. He can be seen next in The Goods: Sell Hard, Live Hard, which opens August 14.

A couple of weeks ago we reported on the story that Jeremy Piven was going to be in a Will Ferrell/Adam McKay-produced movie called Don Ready. Now we have the full details.
The complete name of the movie is The Goods: The Don Ready Story, and it is about a used-car salesman who must save a struggling dealership during a Fourth of July liquidation sale. It will be the feature directing debut of Neal Brennan (The Chappelle Show).

Jennifer Aniston is about to be the next cast member to join in Ken Kwapis's (License to Wed, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants) adaptation of He's Just Not That Into You. The former Friends star is in negotiations to play a woman in a long-term relationship with a marriage-phobic boyfriend, says The Hollywood Reporter. Filming is scheduled to start next month in LA.
Jeremy Piven (Entourage, Smokin' Aces) let slip to MTV on the Common music video shoot that he is about to star in a comedy called Don Ready. He wouldn't reveal anymore details other than that it is being produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay--which are obviously pretty juicy details.
And finally, former Nicholl fellowship winner James Mottern will make his feature directing debut with his script Trucker, about a female truck driver who has to start to take care of her estranged 11-year-old son after his father is hospitalized. The indie drama will star Michelle Monaghan (North Country, Mr. & Mrs. Smith), Nathan Fillion (Waitress, Firefly), Benjamin Bratt (Miss Congeniality, Traffic), Joey Lauren Adams (Chasing Amy, Big Daddy), and Jimmy Bennett (Evan Almighty, Poseidon), says Variety.
