Anton Yelchin sat down with ReelzChannel's Leonard Maltin to discuss playing Pavel Chekov in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek update, now set for release May 8, 2009.
He met with Walter Koenig (the original Chekov) and Koenig said, "Looks like you guys are really being smart about this and doing your own thing, and yet I see traces of myself in what you're doing."
