The LA Times reports that Tom Sizemore was arrested on Wednesday night in downtown Los Angeles after the LAPD received a call reporting domestic violence. The 47-year-old actor, who starred in Saving Private Ryan, Natural Born Killers, and the TV movie Witness Protection, is still in jail today, and his bail is set at $20,000.
The arrest is just one of many run-ins with the law for Sizemore over the past few years. In 2003, he was convicted of physically abusing ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss. Two years later, he tried to cheat a drug test and was sentenced to two years rehabilitation. He was charged with drug possession in January 2006, and he violated the resulting probation when he was found in possession of meth in June 2007. As a result, he was sentenced to 16 months in prison.
Radar Online said that Sizemore is accused of slapping his girlfriend and that the arrest was "non-eventful."
