Hot on the heels of Bernie Mac's shocking death comes the sad news that Isaac Hayes, the Oscar-winning composer of the "Theme from Shaft," passed away yesterday. According to The Associated Press, Hayes was found unconscious after apparently collapsing on his treadmill. He was 65.
