The Tron sequel has gone by many names: Tr2n, Tron 2.0, but at ShoWest, Slashfilm reports that Disney presented a new logo with the brand new name of Tron. Yes, it's simple, classic, perhaps a touch similar to the original, but sometimes, you've got to go with what works, right Disney? (Psst, Disney, it's not that hard, just pick a new title and stick with it! Watch: Tron 2: Tron Harder. Done!)
In more Tron news, and by that I mean the sequel and not the original, supermodel Serinda Swan has been added to its cast. Swan will be familiar to Smallville fans, having just played sorceress Zatanna in a recent episode. Swan, along with Beau Garrett and two other actresses, will play "temptresses from inside the computer world. We're sort of the main guy's go-to girls."
Which "main guy" is unclear. Jeff Bridges? Bruce Boxleitner? Garrett Hedlund as Bridges' son? Pretty vague, Swan.
