  Fans of Twilight, the movie adaptation of the novel by Stephenie Meyer, have been anxiously awaiting the film's December release for a while now. A newly released clip may help further whet the appetite of the avid fans of the vampire series as we get to see Robert Pattinson (Edward) and Kristen Stewart (Bella) experience some of the pain brought on by their forbidden relationship.

  Like the book series it was born from, Twilight looks like it has the potential to become a huge success. Be sure to keep an eye on ReelzChannel for news and updates on this and the probable sequel New Moon.

• New Twilight Movie Images of Edward and Isabella at Play

  The L.A. Times' new Hollywood Backlot has a crop of new pictures from their recent visit to the Twilight movie set, most of which feature stars Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (Isabella Swan) frolicking through the woods as teenage vampire/human couples so often do. Consistent with earlier posters and images from the film, Isabella looks blissful and innocent while Edward is all dark and pensive. It's a match made in Tiger Beat heaven.

• Movie newz: Seth Rogen, Katherine Heigl & Kristen Stewart

  Seth Rogen is the newest member to join Kevin Smith's fold. The star of Knocked Up and Superbad has been cast as the lead in Smith's upcoming comedy, Zack & Miri Make a Porno, opposite The 40-Year-Old Virgin costar Elizabeth Banks, as two friends who make a porn to alleviate debt and discover they have feelings for each other.

  Rogen's Knocked Up costar Katherine Heigl also has a deal going this week. Heigl has signed to star in The Ugly Truth, a romantic comedy about a morning show producer who is tested by her chauvinistic correspondent's theories on love. Robert Luketic (Legally Blond, Monster-in-Law) will direct.

  And finally Kristen Stewart will star in Twilight, a thriller/romance adapted from Stephanie Meyer's novel about a young girl's relationship with a mysterious classmate when she moves to a small town. Catherine Hardwicke (The Nativity Story) will direct.
